Refund & Return Policy

At Silah, every release is intentionally limited. We kindly request customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery 

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days 

  • Items must be: 

  • Unworn 

    • Unwashed 

    • Undamaged 

    • In original condition 

    • Returned with original tags 

    • Returned in original packaging 

Silah reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

No Cash Refunds:

  • Silah does not offer cash refunds.
  • Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only, which may be used for future purchases.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Due to limited production and drop-based releases, replacement stock cannot be guaranteed.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be provided instead.


Size Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing a purchase.
  • Size charts are provided for guidance, and customers are encouraged to review them carefully before ordering.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • An incorrect item was delivered 

  • A defective product was received 

  • A verified manufacturing issue exists 

Defective or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact Silah within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number 

  • Description of the issue 

  • Supporting photographs 

After review, Silah may offer:

  • A replacement product 

  • Store credit 

  • A refund where legally required 

For approved defective or incorrect-item claims, Silah will cover the related shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Discounted items 

  • Archive products 

  • Final sale products 

  • Limited releases marked as non-returnable 

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment begins.
  • Orders already in fulfillment or transit cannot be cancelled.
